What we collect

When you use the pickup form, you send us the vehicle's year, make and model, whether you have a title, your name, your phone number and the pickup address. When you call, we may note the same details. We don't ask for payment card numbers on this site.

What the details are used for

We use these details to price your vehicle, call you back, arrange the pickup and keep a record of the sale. We don't sell your information. Form submissions are delivered to us through a lead-handling service that processes them on our behalf.

What this site stores

This site doesn't run advertising trackers. Maps on some pages are embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads; Google's privacy policy applies to that content.

Keeping and deleting your details

We keep sale records as long as needed for our business records. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, call (708) 901-0454.
